Condo vs rental building

Discussion about
Seems there is more value in renting in a condo, but I worry about hassles of dealing with an owner vs an onsite management company. I have heard stories of trouble getting things fixed, etc. any thoughts on which route is better? I am drawn to the seemingly easy-in/easy-out of a rental and some of the more modern conveniences. This is for a family. Thanks.

A Condo has onsite mgmt company staff that can help with minor fixes like unclogging a toilet or some minor leaks, if that is what you are concerned about.
