YES. Stay away. Management lies. They don't turn off auto-withdrawl (don't use it for rent checks if you have an option). They don't return security deposit in at least several cases.

awful management! owner is a slumlord who doesn't care about you but acts nice when he needs something from you! stay away !!!!

Not returning security deposits/charging people after they already moved out/total nightmare
