Kind of strange. Listed for 899 and on market for year. Sells for 999 and new owner does nothing to it and expects to sell it for 1.2???

The ad says the zoning is M-1. The M stands for Manufacturing. That and the mention of air rights means the broker is looking for a commercial real estate transaction, not a residential one.
