Le Triomphe/ construction mess

Discussion about Le Triomphe at 245 East 58th Street in Sutton Place
Unfortunately, the water construction project on 58th street and 2nd Avenue is really negatively impacting the building. There have been many water service interruptions, the noise 24/7 is horrendous, and access from the street is disrupted. Fabulous building staff and great floor plans, but until the water construction work is done? I would have gone elsewhere....
