Discussion about 275 South Street in Two Bridges

The units rented are very suspicious for this building. The apartment numbers don't follow the reportedly rented units - they all seem to variations of 5D (which is a real unit) - and all 55D 5D1 and D51 (all this in a 19 floor building?) all rented for "$3,800". Also, there is absolutely no roof deck at the moment, not even a hint of work starting so I'm not sure where that is even coming from. I would tread carefully if you're considering a unit here. Make sure to take a walk around the neighborhood as part of your tour.

I second what LucianoM stated. There is no roof deck here. No sign of a roof deck. There is no garden. There is no study/lounge.

Construction is in progress for the lounge and roof deck. The smoke-free rule is not followed by tenants. Use of marijuana and cigarettes on the premises, though barred, is prevalent. Cambridge security team does not take their job seriously.
