Size of second bedroom

Discussion about
We are in the process of combining two apartments. One floor plan we have been given is to make 2 big bedrooms (one 24 x 12 and the other 9.5 x 18) and one bathroom or 1 large bedroom (24x12) one smaller bedroom ( 9.5 x 11.5) and 2 full bathrooms. Which is better for resale?

A 9.5 x 18 bedroom isn't a great shape because it's too long and narrow. Go with the second bathroom.

2nd bathroom- and if you can find space for a washer/dryer that would be a definite plus for resale
