Search listing available after date

Unfortunately, we do not have 'available on or after' as search option at this time. However, this is definitely a great suggestion! I'd be more than happy to send this along to our Development Team for review. Hopefully you will see this feature on StreetEasy in the near future.

wow SE quick to respond to ryon5948 a member since all of Oct 2015 meanwhile SteveF loyal member since 2008 and through the dark great recession years gets put to the curb..... :(

I also think that this would be a very useful feature, to have better sorting/searching by available date.

Any movements on this on StreetEasy's end? Would be a really useful search tool. It's currently really difficult to track rentals a couple of months out.

this feature would be super helpful! Implementation wise it should not be too different than the filter that already exists for finding an apartment <= to a date. Let me know if you need help :P thanks!
