small scale renovation

My neighbor and I are looking to renovate our landing, its a very small job: new baseboards and picture molding, new tiles, paint and wallpaper. Its a very small space, approximately 50-60 sq ft. We are looking for a reasonable price from a professional that can do the work and is appropriately insured. We will provide all materials. Does anyone have someone they could recommend?

Can't you have the contractor who did your renovation do this?
