It depends on the materials you use, especially in the kitchen. High end, low end, etc.

I will be going high-end, but not super lex high-end. I plan on selling the apt. in the next 5 years, so will keep it neutral, but want all of the buzz words....Viking, Sub-Zero, Bosch, etc.

The quote I got was around $70,000, which is what I was expecting. The front closet is big but not very functional, so I want to open it up and add shelves, storage, etc. I am willing to spend money on a knockout closet bc I think I will get the money back when I go to sell it.
