Studio Rentals with a View (Manhattan)

Hello All, I'm looking into moving into a new studio or 1BR this coming winter with my main criteria being a luxury building with a nice view, hopefully under ($3200). So far the Gehry building at 8 spruce has peaked my interest but would be open to looking at other recommended properties. Can anyone else provide me with some other buildings to consider? Thanks!

Hmmm. Maybe take a look and see what's at the Aire? Avalon Morningside Heights has some units with nice views over the park, but it's a little over your budget. I'd look far West, too ... some of those new buildings might cut you deals.
