The last time I was looking, I saw a sponsor-owned 2BR that the prior tenants had lived in for over 50 years. It wasn't a total ruin, but by comparison this listing is 'triple mint'. When I finally moved out of the apartment I had rented for over 25 years, it wasn't a lot better than this one (cleaner, at least).
