Which one is better in terms of raising a family and still enjoying what Manhattan has to offer?

Hudson Heights is better, but it also cost more money. I will try Hudson View Gardens and Castle Village, which is the too prime buildings in the area. Buyer beware, if there is a real estate recession, the marginal areas, such as HH and Inwood, are the first to be impacted. Prices in the area are very negotiable right now.
