Discussion about 7005 Shore Road in Bay Ridge
This is a rental building at the edge of Bay Ridge. It is a very nice location. The windows are older casements and not great but its warm in the apartments so the climate is really a non issue. You will want your windows open. The gardens are always manicured. The super lives on premises. The lovely gardens across the street are the home to native plants. There is a bee hive and chickens. Its as country as you will get in this big city.

Contemplating relocating to Bay Ridge, saw two lovely buildings on Shore Rd. One was at 8701 Shore Rd. and the other 8801 Shore Rd. I have yet to see any listings or info on 8801 though.
