Price for stone work?

I would really appreciate any advice on whether the price we are being quoted for stone work for our master bath renovation is reasonable. We are installing a custom cut 66" quartz countertop (two sinks) on our vanity and a one-piece quartz top for our under-mount bathtub (about 40" by 80". In addition the guy will also cut about eight 4-5" wide pieces (lengths between 2' and 6') to use as shower sills and two pieces for door saddles. He wants $7,000 for materials and labor. Is it me or is that high? Thank you.
