The Ansonia UWS

Hi guys. I read a discussion about the Ansonia on this website but it was quite a few years old so I wanted to bring it up again. Does anyone currently live here or know anything about the building? We are currently looking at a rental on the 10th floor. In that old conversation threat someone mentioned the topic of roaches, which seemed to be a thing that everyone knew about (though I had not heard of it) so I wanted to follow up with that. This apartment is rather large and seems very elegant, my only real issue was that of poor sound proofing from the windows (though it is not the worst, just not the best) . The people I saw around the building seemed average, not of any specific denomination, race or age. Having trouble making a decision, would appreciate some input. Thanks!
