Discussion about 26-20 Jackson Avenue in Hunters Point
The management company is often times unresponsive. Was told there would be no cooking gas just before I was about to sign lease, effectively leaving me without many options. Was told it'd be 2 months to fix, but it took 6. The laundry machines are ALWAYS breaking down. Shoddy contruction, the walls are paper thin. You will hear every step from above. You will not walk up to the roof deck. Construction noise everywhere. The super might be the only positive. Do not pay market rent for sub market product.
