It is a lovely neighborhood, very diverse with both young people & families, good place for either! Good groceries on Cortelyou, limited restaurants, safe. Prices very high for no good reason on co-op sales and rentals. Commute can be ardous, as Q train can take up to an hour to midtown.

Also, long waits for Q train can be a major drag.
