Discussion about
Is it unusual for a broker to ask for income and credit score info just to view an apartment? I feel that's not right and is very suspicious. The unit itself has been on the market for over a month so I find it very odd that this line of questioning is happening for a viewing. Am I wrong?

Is likely from the owner who doesn't want to deal with people just checking out the apt with little or no intention to buy. Someone may just want to see to compare to other apts for pricing and sq ft.

That strategy is bizarre at best considering the unit has been available for 34 days, I would say that approach is not working and seems very suspect to me.

Suspect to you, ok, but what is your income and credit score? Seems suspect that you wont reveal it, maybe you are unqualified for the apartment and to do business with this property owner? What price point are we talking about and what neighborhood is this in?
