Great Location!. The apartment is about 650 sq usable and not the 750 advertised. It needs a full gut renovation, and this building managed by MGRE is nightmare with renovations. It could take you up to 4 months to get approved. don't forget that this coop has a land lease which makes the common charges extremely high. Best case scenario you are buying at over $1,000 sq ft, to renovate and you pay for the land lease.
