Discussion about The Colorado at 201 East 86th Street in Yorkville

Has anyone moved into this building since the renovations started? How bad is it with the renovation going on? How are the building services?

I moved in. It is awful. incessant drilling all day. The construction is NOT limited to the lobby and roof. It is distributed throughout many of the floors. You should know that management has no problem renting you an apartment right underneath or above a floor being renovated. Management has no sympathy if you complain. Don't rent here.
