Discussion about 67-38 108th Street in Forest Hills
Board is run by a madwoman IMO. Property manager ignores all complaints and problems. Employees and residents are in terror of board and property manager. Do not buy an apartment in Grover Cleveland if you value your family and self.

gcf, Sorry to hear about the problems in your coop. Why do the residents need to be afraid of the board and property manager?

Your only real option is a bit of work: contact as many of the shareholders as you can and run an opposition board slate at the next annual meeting.
