The units look nice but nothing works, and the landlord is horrendous. Our heat didn't work in the winter. The units look nice but nothing works, and the landlord is horrendous. Our heat didn't work in the winter. After complaining incessantly, they came and installed electric heaters, which were not powerful enough and used a ton of electricity. Also, the city inspectors said they were not compliant and were a fire hazard. We got tired of complaining and bought our own space heaters. The hot water regularly stopped working as well. The landlord Steven Croman is well known in New York as a slum lord. I wish I knew this BEFORE signing my lease. He's currently on trial and might go to jail for 25 years for abusing his tenants.
