Discussion about 204 West 81st Street #51
I lived in this apartment and the management company is terrible. They never answer emails and refuse to fix issues such as mice, roaches, leaking ceilings, elevator safety hazards etc. There is also a family of 6 living next door to apt 51 that are extremely loud. We have asked they be respectful, but it continues to sound like 30 adults doing an exercise class at all hours of the day/night.
