Rental Renovations - Recommendations

Hi I own a condo in Manhattan that I rent out. I am thinking of renovating the kitchen and bathroom. But since it is a rental I would like nice stuff but not over the top finishes. Does anyone have a recommendation on who might be good at doing this type of job? Also what is the typical cost to do this? Thanks appreciate the input in advance.
