Discussion about Glass Farmhouse at 448 West 37th Street in Hudson Yards

I read comments about this building that some contracts fell through as the developers overinflated the squarefootage of the apartments. Any input? I saw a ~1,500 sqf unit here and definitely felt smaller. Trying to gather some facts as I heard multiple new units in this building will be listed for sale soon

Older post but i was just looking at recent listed unit 12C and there is absolutely no way this is close to 1900 sft - I estimated from the floorplan closer to 1450 sft. Given that the east side will be blocked by an upcoming development, and the apartment needs a complete overhaul, this is quite overpriced at close to $2M. It would be so nice if one day listing agents and sellers would be liable for these types of misrepresentations. I invested in Leica laser for quick measurements at viewings so will be taking it with me everywhere I go.
