Discussion about 345 East 73rd Street in Lenox Hill
Anyone have a rendering of what the new 33-story building on 1st avenue and 73rd next to 345 will look like? anyone have a rendering of what the building going up on the NW corner of 73rd and 1st will look like? http://newyorkyimby.com/2016/07/developer-plans-cantilevering-33-story-condominium-tower-at-1361-1363-first-avenue-upper-east-side.html

345 E 73RD
If you love the central a/c units ruining your floor every year.
A super with an attitude.
Central air that blows luke warm.
No amenities
No handyman around.
No service elevator,
Elevators that get stuck daily.

then 345 e 73 is for you

the above are generally no longer issues - elevator has been redone and no longer gets stuck and we have a great super and handman. no change as far as ammenities
