Waverly Brooklyn

I have looked into this building but haven't made any offers or anything. There are a bunch of new condo developments going up within a few miles of this building and they are all trying to move units, so you could try to use that fact in negotiations. The units here do appear to be more competitively priced than those in some of the other new Brooklyn developments, but this area is still a bit more industrial and not as convenient subway-wise as some of the others. Make sure you get drone views of what the views out your window will be before making any offers. There are still some ugly brick buildings immediately surrounding the site and you want to make sure your view is not a brick wall.
