any new development coming up behind The Centria?

Discussion about The Centria at 18 West 48th Street in Midtown
Someone told me that there is a new building coming up in the immediate south side of the Centria and block the view of high floors apartment. Is that true?

^^^ Actually sorry, that building would be over an avenue or two. But try poking around on YIMBY, it has news of all the planned developments going up.
