Discussion about
127 days on the market and the awkward apartment hasn't sold. So agent Darren Sukenik is playing his "increase-by-$1000-decrease-by-$1000 games to trick the search engines. It isn't that clever, other brokers could do this but don't, and I think it's kind of gross that only this broker chooses to market this way. http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/185871-condo-92-perry-street-west-village-manhattan
I'm not sure if he's the only broker who does this, but I really like his website:

The definition of corniness and cheesiness. ESPECIALLY the part where he's on his cell phone looking all hard.
looks like a catfight. Kyle, what photographer vendor does Elliman use for those distorted pictures? I'd like to hire them for something I'm offloading. Thanks,
This shiz is bananas - I love it. Especially the "meet us" section where he shows a little bling by flashing the gold rolex. Too much. I also love how he feels the need to quote himself in every description of a group member.
Whats the knock on this guy? A colleague sold his place through him and although saw through his act, the guy got him top dollar.
Hey. No knock. There's a market for cheese. Even strong, Axe-cologne-scented-gold-bling-sporting cheese. I'm just making conversation... Now where'd I put that jar of Lindberger...
oops. limberger.
The video preview looks like a preview for a Michael Lewis porn.
