Search functionality reduced?

Streeteasy, that is.

I recently mentioned on another thread that the search for previous discussions is no longer working. That was always helpful to get information on everything Real Est.

I've written to Street Easy in June and August complaining that the search history is gone -- especially for renovations and you can't find anything by keyword anymore. I get this reply each time:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our developers are currently aware of the issue and are working diligently to fix the problem. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused you and appreciate your patience during this time.

Thats what Max told me when I asked them about the export feature not working on recorded sales...before they eliminated the recorded sales tab.

It's clear that Zillow didn't buy StreetEasy in order to make it a better StreetEasy. They likely just wanted a foot in the New York market for some future Zillow initiative, and it will die the death of a thousand cuts, like countless tech acquisitions.

We used to have a robust talk forum here too.
