demolition costs

Discussion about
What would be the cost for demolition/ debris removal only? Standard 7x5 kitchen (cabinets, appliances), 8x5 bath (tub removal, tile, sink, toilet) and 500 square feet of parquet wood flooring.

Are you in an elevator building? Do you have shut off valves for the water? If you do and they don't hold you might need a plumber. You are keeping the existing wall tiles in the bathroom? I would guess 2,500-4k

Thanks Primer. It's an elevator building, all plumbing is new. It's just a cosmetic reno changing wall floor tile. Might need new shower pan when old tile in shower is removed. Does $3,000 sound reasonable?

Also, the wall tile is in shower area only. Painted walls in rest of bathroom
