Condo Price Advice!?

I was looking at a condo(new development), listed at 440k, got them down to 400k.... 1 bed room 600 square feet parking spot greenpoint G train 25 yr tax abatement $300 common charges good or bad deal?

Not enough info but I love that 25 year tax abatement. Show the crowd some pictures. If made out of paper, not worth it.

It's called hyperbole. Hyperbole is used to create emphasis. It is a literary device often used in poetry, and frequently encountered in casual speech. Never mind.

How do you expect a realistic evaluation without being allowed to see the structure. Each and every 1 bedroom has a different price point based on what it looks like, materials, immediate neighborhood etc. Don't know Greenpoint but bet there are some blocks that are better than others. Even seeing a rendering or picture is inadequate but better than nothing.
