I went to this open house last weekend. The seller's broker told me the building was currently suing the sponsor because the building leaks. For that reason she then said banks were not lending to potential buyers for that building and it would need to be a cash offer.

Same, I went last week and wasted my time because it s a cash sale. I told he broker she should have put it on the description but she said she cant, I guess she needs to lure buyers to visit it. Not a good strategy....
