Discussion about Grand One at 131-07 40 Road in Flushing
to anyone considering buying/leasing a unit along Roosevelt Avenue you need to know that during the warmer months (April through September) illegal block parties are held in the Willets Point Iron Triangle. These parties normally start at 11PM and end around 4 AM during the weekends. The music is so loud the windows, walls and floors vibrate. The sales and staff will not warn you about this - BUY/LEASE/RENT at your own risk. I wish someone told me this.
