Discussion about 144 East 22nd Street in Gramercy Park
This apartment building is under investigation bc the management won't treat / address the rampant bed bug issue that has persisted since December 2015. Tenants are moving out, and building management are not disclosing the bed bug problems to brokers and future tenants. Building manager is suggesting we move out instead of effectively eradicating the building-wide bedbugs.
