What a ridiculous list price for an unrenovated 1,000 sq ft apt.
Do people pay a premium for being close to the hospital...
Which hospital? The one on 60th and 10th? The apartments actually closer to that hospital don't appear to show a premium.
I love how they have 13 pictures and only 1 of them is of the apartment.
They also claim those units are renting out at $8k-9k per month; a look at the rental listings shows units of those size sitting on the market at $6750.
I don't see how advertising a potential $9k/mo rent for an apartment that cost $3MM, needs a serious renovation, and has a $2K month will bring any investors knocking on that door.
Probably will take close to $1mm price cut to move. Fully renovated it may rent for $8k as the square footage is real.
