Insane pricing for Harlem/Adeline

Previously I was telling that Kalahari was underpriced. But check Adeline listing apt 12 D, across the street from Kalahari, listed for 4.5 mln! I think this is insane pricing! Even more expensive than Circa on Central Park North.

It's never going to sell at that price. The market above $3m is already stagnant with many other options for buyers in better areas of the city. Also the other 2 resale listings in the building have just been sitting for months and months.

Agree. The one for 1.695m is much better options for your money
