Discussion about
Would you be in a rush to buy a multi-million dollar condo unit so you can get a $5k gift card? At a "downtown tower," brokers are offering clients who sign deals before Labor Day $5,000 gift cards. http://ny.curbed.com/2016/9/2/12768836/nyc-sales-market-report-2016

Why did you leave out mention of the cross-town shuttle bus?

All silly to grab attention from media. Construction credit may be due to the fact that the condo needs to be re-configured - combination of units etc. I understand if the free stuff is not possible to get easily but all the stuff listed is something one can pay for and get. Atelier is probably not more than $20mm-30mm fair value.

30y, What do you think the fair price is?

Yeah the Atelier one was in all the tabloids. It didn't do much to move the place.
