Discussion about The Brevard at 245 East 54th Street in Sutton Place
That building has always been very difficult in relation to how "upscale" (or not) the building is.
What happened? did you make it to the interview? or were you rejected from the package? anything in your personal circumstances that might have triggered you being turned down?
feel like you died?
U must have used a elevator at the BREVARD
small?
hahahha say panic attack small?
Buyer beware! Do not apply to be a part of this building. The board is impossible, rude, unaware, and has their own personal agenda to keep the building the way it has been. They are disgusting and not current to the times of NYC. Agents, move on. Plenty of other building to be a part of in NYC. Don't waste your clients time on this building. Awful experience.
The guy above is unfortunately right. The building has rejected several buyers in the past 12-24 months, including someone who was paying all-cash and had a good employment history. If you are buying or renting, you have a high chance of wasting your time and money.
If you are a seller, be prepared to take a very long time to sell. One should note how long these units stay on the market.
