Rental at 414 West 121st Street Apt22

Units in building are owned by individuals, moved out of #22, landlord's agent walked through, assured deposit will be returned. 7 days after move out landlord wrote there are broken tiles and cost of repair will be taken from deposit. I sent photo taken during move in showing it's pre-existing condition. Landlord stops communicating for 3 more weeks. 4 weeks after moveout with landlords agent showing the apartment and various other people have gone in and out of apt, landlord wrote there are numerous other repairs, which I then sent photos taken at move in to prove they are pre-existing. Landlord stops communicating again.
