Discussion about Arris Lofts at 27-28 Thomson Avenue in Hunters Point
consumer be aware of what street easy is advertizing. in the building expert campaign, it is not necessarely the one who sold the most apartments in the building and who is really the expert , but the one who just pay them the high fee and who has sold only a couple of sales. this is totally misleading you!!!

As a resident in the area, I always laugh at this building. Who would pay $1000/sq ft. to live at the bottom of an off ramp for the queensboro bridge?

Streeteasy only says "experience in the building"! You can pay for the ad as well.

237 people enjoy living at the bottom of an off ramp of the queensboro bridge so no worries if you chose not to live there.
