building at 13 West 13th Street

Apt does look great with low maintenance for a 2 bed room. Priced reasonably.

It's in the North building facing South so it shouldn't be too noisy (In the North building facing North you are right on 14th St so noise is an issue). I don't particularly love the kitchen or bathroom renovations.

Very nice building. Great staff, nice residents, and pet friendly.

Any idea what it looks out to? I saw the other line and it looked out to a wall.

Wow, the village is serving up some righteous pricing and closing. Building has an amazing location and that's what u pay for. I lived in this building way way back in the day. The location can not be beat for those who care to make the village their home.

All windows face 13th street plus it's the 6th floor
