Super sleazy sales tactics; this real estate team at Nestseekers likes to lie and tell people that there's a deadline, at which point highest bid wins, that the sellers are super motivated etc... in reality they just use that to set offer prices etc.

What a joke. Do they want to sell these units or not? They keep going on and off the market, prices cut then go back up, meanwhile no one wants them at the higher prices because the layouts are absolutely terrible, the kitchens and closet space are practically non-existent and the monthlies are high. They should be happy they sold a bunch of units while the market was still booming, offload these last few and be done with it.

I agree with CCL3 about the horrible layouts.
