Discussion about 55 Park Avenue #4W
I am curious about this building. There was recently a large assessment on the units ending 9/2016. I do not know if this was the first or if it is a multi year situation. In addition, the maintenance seems somewhat high for a building without a doorman. The apartments seem generous in size, but I am curious about the financials of the coop. How much of the maintenance is tax deductible?

Where else are you finding prewar apartments that size for that price?
