Architect to draft co-op renovation

Hi, Just purchased my first apartment and its a partial gut. The space isn't big and the lay out is straight forward but am having a hard time finding an architect in the NYC (Jackson Heights) area that is willing to take on the small job (their words) to draft our plans to submit to the board. If anyone has any recommendations, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
