What an interesting reno compared with the 2013 floor plan. I also have to wonder if the LR is even 10 feet wide since it says 20'8 then implies 10'8 of it is the kitchen.

Did they put in tile floor in the living room?

I'm still looking for the fifth room.

This to me is the ultimate example of the 'open kitchen' design so popular now. So much so that your kitchen is virtually indistinguishable from the living room. I'm sure there's somebody out there whose entire life is centered around cooking, and this is the apartment for them. For myself, I would prefer not to see the details of how my cook is getting on with preparing dinner.
