Don't even consider going out there past dusk and never ever eat or grill or even drink outside unless you're looking to host a rodent picnic. The landlord John Vigna is almost comically mean. Everything is your fault (gas leaks, mice, rats, roaches, no heat, stove breaking, bathtub spitting out black mold from the "jets"). I had a baby while I lived there and we endured hazardous conditions which he wouldn't fix unless we withheld rent. We're in a much smaller but lovely, well maintained place now and I'm kicking myself for living there so long.
