I lived here for 3 regrettable years. It's a big apartment but the patio is infested with rats and there's no way to get rid of them. I tried everything: sealing the entire floor and walls with duct tape, covering the walls with mesh, planting tons of mint, traps on traps on traps. Don't even consider going out there past dusk and never ever eat or grill or even drink outside unless you're looking to host a rodent picnic. The landlord John Vigna is almost comically mean. Everything is your fault (gas leaks, mice, rats, roaches, no heat, stove breaking, bathtub spitting out black mold from the "jets"). I had a baby while I lived there and we endured hazardous conditions which he wouldn't fix unless we withheld rent. We're in a much smaller but lovely, well maintained place now and I'm kicking myself for living there so long. [less]
