Discussion about 225 West 23rd Street in Chelsea
This is a NOISY bldg to live in. I hear neighbors talking on the phone, sneezing, coughing, etc. You get my point. Walls are paper thin. Elevators in the bldg are very old and outdated. Busted up inside too. Often out of order, which os not so great if you live on one of the higher floors. There's also been an ongoing renovation going on for the past 7 months. Renter BEWARE! You've been warned.
