Discussion about 280 Mulberry Street in Nolita
does anyone have any experience with this building? how is management? I notice a pretty high turnover in this building and lots of units for rent (a good portion of the available 2br apartments in Nolita)

this building pretty much has no management. packages are stolen all the time (lobby camera is broken), heat barely works and management rarely takes legitimate repair requests seriously. no wonder the turnover is so high.
