Trump taint on RSB

Equity Residential works fast. A few weeks ago they got rid of the Trump name on the uniforms and lobby mats at 140/160/180 RSB. Today there was a story about the name being officially gone. E.g., 140 RSB, once marketed as Trump Place, is now plain 140 RSB: http://streeteasy.com/building/140-riverside-blvd

Sam Zell wants no political affiliations. Didn't want to remove before election for people to falsely assume they were making a political statement so waited until after the election to remove.

Looks like they had a right to remove it legally. Do not think it was getting them any extra rent. It is just a commercial decision.

What I find interesting that 72nd street exit of West Side Highway was closed because Trump pulled some strings in the CiTy Hall. Since Trump is no longer involved, is this a time to reopen?
